SCADA DESIGN ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
- This engineering position will perfrm design, coordination, testing, startup/commissiong support of SCADA of the Sludge Treatment Facilities project:
- Coordinates the control design of different equipment packages and the palnt control system.
- Desings, creates and maintains process control descriptions, control loop diagrams, SCADA I/O list, alarm list, setpoint list, and network diagrams.
- Coordinates with the SCADA system integrator to ensure their design and PLC coding to the project control descriptions.
- Maintains Control records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with client's schedule. adherence to the project budget, adherence to procurement specifications, or to ensure control problems are minitored and resolved.
- Coordinates design efforts with other project discipline including instrumenting P&ID's reviewing mechanical drawings, locating SCADA equipment, assigning SCADA terminations, coordinating with the electrical design, etc.
- Suport SCADA system testing, startup and commissioning.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferred candidate should have design experince in power generation or water/wastewater industry. Operations or start-up and commissioning experience coupled with design experience is a plus.
- Experience with incinerationprocess control, steam turbine generator (STG) control, safety PLC design, DCS/PLC programming, and industrila network design is a plus.
