As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo a twelve-month career development programme consisting of financial knowledge training and job attachments to build your professionalism and selling skills. After the programme, you will be placed as a Manager in our branch, responsible for managing sales team and providing services to our customers.
- Requirements:
- University Graduate/Post Graduate or in any discipline
- Ability to operate under pressure in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Strong sales and service orientation, with outgoing personality and good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- To provide a better development for new Trainee, guidance from experienced mentor will be given to each Trainee during the first 6 months.
