Manager (HVAC)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and development of the air-conditioning department.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the team to provide repair and maintenance service, and execute retrofit / installation projects;
- Develop good customer relationships and involve in promoting the business;
- Responsible for the budget, sales performance and cost control of the team.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or equivalent;
- Possess recognized professional qualification;
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in air-conditioning;
- Proficient knowledge in project management and problem solving skill;
- Proven track records in managing sizable projects
- A good decision maker with strong people management skill;
- An excellent communicator with good command of both English and Chinese;
- Able to lead a dynamic team and work under pressure;
- Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual;
- Familiar with MS project and AutoCAD.
